The nurse that I encountered was incredibly rude and condescending. I suggest she get a new career if empathy is something she is severely lacking.
Being new to the area, I needed to find a new PCP. I called to schedule a new patient appointment, and while I was not speaking I kept my phone on mute (too much outside noise in my area). The woman I was on the phone with suggested an appointment time. I did not even have enough time to hit unmute before she said "helloooo?" and then hung up on me. Great service, awesome staff.
The only problem I have is getting my prescriptions refilled. Walmart contacts them for a refill and they don't respond. This happened again last week, so I called them on Sept. 3 2020. She told me she had submitted the prescriptions and I should be all set. Yesterday Sept 7th I went to pick them up and they received one but not the other. Walmart sent another request yesterday. If I don't hear anything by 3 pm today I will be calling again. This has been a continuous problem for the last year and a half. I have to call them... read more
I've seen Dr Mancheske for a good ten years now. He's the best. I have an extensive medical backround and have had Doctors deny me. Dr. Mancheske is always caring, polite, listens. If he is not sure about something he will research. He will also call after his very busy day. As for rude receptionist's there really is no excuse if you are coming in they are the first people you see representing the clinic. First impressions can be game breakers. Rude receptionist's on the phone no excuse. It's a loss of patients.
