Truly awful for refilling necessary medications. My doctor told me to put refill requests in 4 days ahead of my last dosages (monthly), so I do that. This is my 3rd month of doing this, and it takes them about 7 days to acknowledge the request. It takes even more than that for the pharmacy to fill them, putting my health at risk, each month, by forcing missed dosages, even when I do everything right.
I went to see Sue Xiong at the Richmond Street Clinic for my yearly check up on July 14th, 2026. During my check up it was noted that I had not received a Shingles vaccination. I elected to get the 1st of 2 doses at that time. I chose to get the vaccination in my left arm because I had heard that the Shingles vaccination was more painful than most, and I am right handed. Dr Jaclyn Mullins - Last year in June of 2025, she became my new Family Doctor.. All I can say so far, as of July 2026, she’s been on top of everything regarding my health & then some! She’s a straight shooter. Tells you things like it is, no sugar coating it.. of which I appreciate. She also does not let me slack on tests or referrals..
