Awesome staff. Thorough and exceptional bedside manner by the medical assistants, docs and the office staff. Personable caring educated! Wish there were 2 Dr. O'Tools in the office since he's in such high demand is sometimes a challenge to get in to see him on a short term basis. LOVE this practice
I called to set up an appointment to see a primary care doctor and found out it was only a nurse practitioner. I go there because I'm horribly sick and I have back pain. I had the rudest 'doctor' nurse practitioner Marilyn, imaginable and I left injured because she asked me to bend ways I told her I couldn't and now I left sick AND with a lower back injury. I get doctors aren't handing out narcotics but for the people like myself who truly need some type of pain medication, don't get it. I've never been on pain meds, I'm not... read more
