James installed an elevator in my 95 year old mother's house a few years ago. His workmanship is impeccable. Our contractor, who built the shaft, was dubious, not having met James, as he had experienced elevator men whose work was not up to par. There was no doubt, once James' work was complete, however. Only admiration. In addition to being a fine workman, James is a fine man--one I trust implicitly. I recommend him without reservation.
He helped me get my old freight elevator to work again at a fraction of the price what the big elevator companies would have charged. This is a great company to work with and i can strongly recommend his company for both commercial and residential use
James did a great job of locating a lift for us, customizing the track length, and installing it for my 83 year old mom coming out to visit. She is on her third visit and the lift works beautifully. Since then, he is a phone call away when we have needed repairs--when my son got his cars stuck in it and it needed new batteries. Very patient and incredibly flexible. He a trusted brother and I would highly recommend his sales and installation services to anyone.

Ascension lift and elevator has been great to work with. James has been prompt on service calls - explains and shows me exactly what is wrong with my elevators, and is always reasonable when charging me. I used to use the big companies for service but their hourly rates are crazy because they are all union workers. Ascension is local and a small business that is easy to work with-use them! Pete
