i was there when it was called chicago children’s center for behavioral health in 2019. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. i was 12-13 and was there for self harm and suicidal ideation. there were many people there for aggressive behavior and we were not separated. i got punched in the face by another patient and threatened by many others. the staff blamed it on me for being instigating, mind you i said nothing to this girl . my parents believed the staff when they told them the story. i tried to tell my parents the truth but they ... read more
Really disappointed with this center they say they can help but only they can offer in person appointments for certain people and only virtual appointments for others so there's preference Even if his Pediatrician referred me there.
Hidden gem! Wish everyone knew there is help for our kids and the fact that they are available 24hours.
