Will not be going back. We experienced multiple issues and errors with allergy pen prescription that took 2 months to get resolved, and had repeated billing issues both in part from the clinic not using the insurance presented at the appointment, and the ability of Ascension to correct the issue. We have experienced continued frustrations, so will be taking our care elsewhere.

Very poorly run clinic. I've gone to a physical to find out that they didn't have me down for a physical so the dr did some other kind of appt and then had me come back for a 2nd physical. They messed up at an appt several months ago and somehow put it in my chart that I'm pregnant even though I'm not and when I tried to convince them that I'm not pregnant, they just wrote in the visit notes that I denied being pregnant even though my chart said I was. Our experience at this facility has been limited but everything has gone smoothly and the staff we interacted with has been pleasant and helpful each time. Also, Dr. Hulbert is an awesome podiatrist! We are very thankful for him :)
