Ascension Golf Carts really goes above and beyond for their customers! From delivering our cart, to servicing our cart at the store and having an available mechanic to come out to our home to fix our cart at our convenience. Everyone who we have spoken to at AGC has gone above and beyond to be helpful and prompt! We can't thank them enough for how easy it was to purchase a cart and them & then have it serviced!
Called today to see if they had ATV’s because they have pictures on their Facebook of them but said they didn’t have them . Which leads to me saying they need to hire a marketer to update their Facebook or change their name of their company as it’s misleading . Don’t have pictures of stuff you don’t sell anymore 👍🏼
This business is absolutely HORRIBLE! First, whomever the girl is answering the phone up front needs to be given training on how to talk to clients. Second, we JUST bought a golf cart and in less than two months it wouldn’t even run which seems to be a problem for others if you read other reviews. Long story short, they came pick up the cart and then told us that they couldn’t run a diagnostic test for TWO weeks! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I was hesitant to visit this store due to the bad reviews I had seen but let me tell you I’m sure glad I went and gave them a chance because the staff surely surpassed our expectations. Not only were we greeted with a friendly smile and a hand shack but our sales guy answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) and allowed us to test drive any cart we wanted until we found “the one” that fitted us just right. So thankful we didn’t listen to the reviews and gave them a chance

Very untrustworthy business
Rented a golf cart for Halloween and the day before. Never got the cart the first day. Called this place and were told “we have no idea when the cart will be delivered”. So it’s 515 and still no cart.
