It is almost impossible to make an appointment with them, even after being an established patient for years. All calls just get placed on hold immediately, no matter what day, time of day, or extension you click. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks now and have called back numerous times, even remaining on hold for 45 minutes one time.
