My mammogram appointments have always been efficient and the staff runs on time and never keeps me waiting long. Results are in mychart within a day or so. I am very happy with Pavlic Center.

I had to come back for a 2nd mammogram which I believe was due to a bad image for my first mammogram. They WOULD NOT tell me why I had to have the 2nd one and just said cause the dr said so. of course with insurance you pay for the 2nd one. I then had the worst billing experience of my life. Two separate bills, none of which made any sense and when I tried to call and figure it out, customer service had no details. NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN and also staying FAR FAR away from anything Ascension again due to this experience.

I would strongly recommned never being seen at this clinc. The radiologist made a diagnosis that required a biopsy but could tell me NOTHING about the diagnosis. I had the biopsy done at a different facility but no one ever got back to me with any results. I had to call numerous times and finally got the results from my PCP. The whole experience was a disaster and I am a healthcare provider. If they treat one of their own this badly, I can't imagine the lack of concern for the general population. The staff at the Pavlic Center were always caring and conscientious in their care for me during my mammogram and later diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. They were definitely diligent in referring me to a Satellite Wheaton-Franciscan(now Ascension) site for a biopsy. There was a sense of urgency in the scheduling and I dutifully followed their schedulers order. I went to Elmbrook emergency room with severe pain behind my eye. One of the nurses in the admitting part of the ERs immediate suspicions was shingles. She admitted me into the ER and I waited for the doctor. He looked me over for about three minutes and decided I had a bad headache and gave me ibuprofen. When the nurse came in to check on me she couldn’t believe that that is all he felt was wrong with me.
