I have been using the Pavlic Center for over 10+ years now. I have never had anything but a great experience with both the timeliness of the appointments and the people that do the mammograms. They are so efficient, I am generally in and out within a half hour and I am taken into my mammogram a few minutes before my appointment. All the technicians are awesome, kind and confident in what they are doing. I will continue to use them.
Had an appt on Friday and only got halfway through. I'm fairly certain I have white coat syndrome and got very lightheaded and almost fainted during the left side. The lady doing it...I think her name was Leigh something or other...she was working Friday, the 11th, at 2 pm...seemed to get very frustrated with me. She said "oh good grief" and I'm sorry but that kind of bedside manner really turns me off. This is already a scary experience and I need someone who's going to be understanding and kind. My mammogram appointments have always been efficient and the staff runs on time and never keeps me waiting long. Results are in mychart within a day or so. I am very happy with Pavlic Center.
I had to come back for a 2nd mammogram which I believe was due to a bad image for my first mammogram. They WOULD NOT tell me why I had to have the 2nd one and just said cause the dr said so. of course with insurance you pay for the 2nd one. I then had the worst billing experience of my life. Two separate bills, none of which made any sense and when I tried to call and figure it out, customer service had no details. NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN and also staying FAR FAR away from anything Ascension again due to this experience.
I would strongly recommned never being seen at this clinc. The radiologist made a diagnosis that required a biopsy but could tell me NOTHING about the diagnosis. I had the biopsy done at a different facility but no one ever got back to me with any results. I had to call numerous times and finally got the results from my PCP. The whole experience was a disaster and I am a healthcare provider. If they treat one of their own this badly, I can't imagine the lack of concern for the general population.
