RecommendedI use the service center bc I work a lot of daytime hours and I go out of my way just to use this branch the people are so nice - respectful and love the new look.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never had to wait 8 weeks for a simple refinance!!! There is no communication at all. I can not get my lender rep to return phone calls and Emails go unanswered also. The closing attorney called her 2 days ago to schedule my closing and I still can't get her to call me back. NOTHING GETS DONE AT THIS PLACE!! I've never had such terrible service from a mortgage lender before and this will be the last time I use them.
