They never answer the phone and when they do the ladies at the front act like you’re bothering them, especially the younger girl. She went out of her way to be rude to me because I kept calling up there trying to make an appointment for THREE days. I do video visits with my therapist and psychiatrist due to my severe anxiety disorder. Now I do not want to go there anymore to be treated like that by an employee of a mental health center especially one that just answers the phone. Went to try to learn how to deal with stress, lrft more stressed than before i left, my appointment was at 3 i left work an hour and a half early to make it to my appointment and the person who was supposed to see me didn't show up due to car troubles, so instead of trying to contact me early and letting me know that they wait til i show up to tell me. Absouletlt horrendous.
