Went to try to learn how to deal with stress, lrft more stressed than before i left, my appointment was at 3 i left work an hour and a half early to make it to my appointment and the person who was supposed to see me didn't show up due to car troubles, so instead of trying to contact me early and letting me know that they wait til i show up to tell me. Absouletlt horrendous.
