Very horrendous experience at Ascension lab in Water Tower Place..Have never had pain upon a blood draw in 80 years but phlebotomist pierced through arm with such force that I screamed. At that she pushed through ddeper to cause more pain. I screamed again and she pursued to jab my arm even more forcefully to which I screamed a third time. It was indeed a torture chamber; hopefully others will read this and stay away from the horror of that once in a lifetime experience.
