Had a horrible experience scheduling and a terrible provider Vanessa from obgyn does not care about her patients nor there time I was made to feel extremely embarrassed by her and her actions after she was late to my appointment and asked if I could sit and wait an additional 2 more hours so she could help a different person when I had a set appointment I called the next morning to switch to Lisa another midwife provider and they called back and told me they refused to see me because I'm high risk and claimed my BMI is to hi... read more
This place is horrible. Scheduling alone was a nightmare. They always acted like they were SO busy, and I was inconveniencing them by daring to schedule an appointment for my high risk pregnancy. They were unflexible and would never give me an appointment that was at any kind of reasonable or convenient time for me. They made an appointment for one time, and then the robot call to confirm would have a totally different time! But that's not the worst part...the worst part is the HOURS I spent waiting to be seen. Very poor scheduling. They messed up my appt (actually I was never put in the schedule) when I scheduled months in advance, took off work, and arranged childcare to be there. Then two days before the appt, I get a call saying that I am not on the schedule and they have no flexibility in the schedule to accommodate me. If I had an option of elsewhere, I would take it. If you have an option of elsewhere, please use it.
