absolutely horrible customer service. The three employees that I came into interaction with didn’t know anything. It seemed like their IQ was 50. They were extremely rude. And they refused to read a TB test where are you can go anywhere as long as the RN, that reads it, they refuse, even though I am in their computer as a patient.
