Brought my 4 yr old in ER due to large laceration on top of foot from falling pkg of LVT flooring. We walked in and didn't even have to sit down, they brought us in immediately and within a minute the Dr came in and inspected his wound and ordered stitches. The only delay was while we waited for my wife, his mommy to get there from work. The nurses, myself and mom held him and kept him calm while the awesome doctor expertly sewed up his wound. 5 minutes of sewing and he was good to go! The triage experience was very fast and efficient, the first provider and RN that were there when we first arrived were wonderful, helpful, caring and compassionate. The night shift nurse rolled her eyes and had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. What started as an overall positive experience from the staff was soured by the evening RN.
