This is by far the worst hospital I have EVER been to. Every time we have gone in to take my daughter to the ER, the waiting area never fails to smell horrible; cleanliness at this hospital is definitely not important to them. You won’t have to wait long to be attended to since there are never many people there but you can still expect them to rush you out as if they’re super busy. I had a bone density scan back in January, and while the care I received was great, the billing experience has been a nightmare. I’m a self-pay patient and paid the full estimated amount at the time of service, which included the self-pay discount. Since then, I’ve been getting repeated bills for a balance that should not exist.
