Called to make an appointment and was treated very rude.The lady could not find my records, told me they must be at the Cassopolis office. I asked if I could make an appointment she got rude with me told me with out the records no. and to call Casspolise, then I called Cass office and they were just as rude there. I have been going to the Cass. office for 15 years atleast. and have been treat rude befor but this is the worst it has been. I will be glad when I can transfer from this office. I've been a patient with Borgess Lee for over five years, i've been treated rudely by front desk staff but this run around i"m receiving these past couple of days over something very small has cost me time and money and possibly a job that i am waiting for a release for. Thats o.k. this will be the last time i will step through your door.
