I went there and was helped right away- had a surgery done and was told they would schedule a 3 month check up for it- they began auto calling at the 3 month period- I got a chance to call them back and set an appointment and was told first appointment was gonna be mid January- Surgry was end of August- so almost 5 months to an appointment when the doctor said 3- the doctor was great Dr. Sugars- the staff however don't have it together! I would expect a week or 2 scheduling for follow ups but they call that late and nothing ... read more
I was pregnant with my fourth child and was high risk due to health issues. This was my first pregnancy being cared for at Beacon/Ascension with Dr. R. Rangrass. MD he always put my pregnancy and health first making sure I received the right treatment and care. I will always recommend Dr. Rangrass and his staff! They are all amazing especially Alexis at the front desk always smiling and a joy to speak with on the phone. Thank you all for such an incredible experience and care!
I have had the pleasure of being a patient under Brianna Shipp for my third pregnancy. She is absolutely wonderful. Thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable & caring. The entire staff during my pregnancy has been so sweet! Only amazing things to say about this office and their people.
Supposed to have a colposcopy this morning. Got here 15 mins before the appt, couldn't find the location. Every worker I asked sent me the wrong way. I called them personally, said my appt was at 8:15, I was here and lost, and no one knew the right way to go. She told me the building it was in and by the time I got there it was 15 mins late.
