I got an email before my initial phone visit asking how they did... Did my phone visit the next day and schedule for my sleep study the following month on the 7th. When I arrived for my sleep study, they didn't have me on the schedule, and said they had me scheduled the next month on the 1st. I have had plans to be gone all that month so I KNOW they screwed up the schedule. Wasted my time. Now I have to work around their schedule and hope for someone to cancel to take their spot before I leave for a month.
The staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable, I felt like I was in good hands. They try to keep your wait time to a minimum which I appreciate; we are all busy, aren’t we? In short, great help, cheerfully given.
