We have used them for 4th time in last 3 years. They have been real good with my elderly mother. They are very caring. They communicate well with us using VRI (video remote interpreting - for the deaf). They have keen eye for something that's not normal and express concern right away, they keep in communication with my mother's primary dr as needed.

Employee showed up to my house over 45 minutes late telling me nothing of why she didn’t show up at our scheduled appointment. Just kind of blew it off when I asked for someone else to come out that would be on time that could take the seriously the director basically blew off my concern, stating that she should never have given a time in the first place. Very unprofessional company in my opinion I will use someone else. There’s plenty of them out there.

The speech therapist that worked with my mother was great, however as soon as they found out that my mother was receiving outpatient physical therapy from another company, they discharged her without discussion. We were told it was the company policy that they would not offer speech therapy if the client was receiving any other type of therapy from another company.
