The speech therapist that worked with my mother was great, however as soon as they found out that my mother was receiving outpatient physical therapy from another company, they discharged her without discussion. We were told it was the company policy that they would not offer speech therapy if the client was receiving any other type of therapy from another company. I refuse to use this home health agency ever again! They sent a RN to our home to pull labs and do a PICC line dressing change on my husband. This RN did not wash her hands or use sanitizer the entire time I watched her. She did not use sterile technique and even donned sterile gloves over her dirty gloves. She placed a mask on my husband and when I asked her if she was going to put on a mask she answered, "I will if you want me to." I had to find and provide a mask for her as she did not have one!!! All of the nurses are outstanding. They took excellent care of my 89 year old Mother during her recovery at home. I highly recommend them.
