This was my uncle who lives with me, john Merkel. He was hospitalized for 2 days and 2 nights. He was so sick. He peed his pants. They never cleaned him up or put a hospital close on him. He laid in those old smelly clothes for 2 days and 2 nights. Immediately made him bath and throw his clothes away after I picked him up, I could not believe it, Was awful.

I can see that you are very short staffed. However at the same time it seems that some of your LPN'S need to be better trained on normal skills like trying to insert an IV LINE which per NPA ans.delehation ONLY they and RN'S can do that. None the less she pricked my moms arm several times without success, in addition to causing pain. So another nurse or LPN.was requested. I have the misfortune of being a guest of the hospital to many times in the last couple of years with a heart condition. I will say that all my visits were at a high srandard of health care. The only problem I've been dissatisfied with was lack of on time service not because of non varong personal but lack of enough personal to keep up with the demand of the patients!!!

So back in January of this year 2025 I end up getting wrist surgery from a doctor named Banagas and he did not do a good job on my wrist whatsoever. I got surgery by him to remove a gangling cyst On my wrist and never had any problems until I seen. I had a MRI done on Thursday July 10 2025 and couldn't of asked for a better crew then I had super nice and friendly. If I ever need another one done im heading back here to have it done. THANKS for making my visit great
