The medical staff was great except for a nurse named Kate she was very argumentative I was told to said that she would come back and tell me but she never did another time I asked for same test results and she said get them from another nurse her computer was dead one excuse after another She is very forgetful and rude Another thing I used my call button to get my problems attended to it literally took 15 minutes for a response Kate was working on the 3rd floor 10/4/2025 when these incidents happened
I suffer extreme pain when I have an MS exacerbation...I literally lose movement in my left leg. Although I have chronic pain from MS, it's extremely painful when you can't move a limb. The female hospitalist Dr Aktar didn't have a kind bedside manner and was pushing me to leave after only a couple days of therapy. P.T. And O.T. Do not come on weekends. I asked her to look into my chart to see what they've done in the past. She ignored it, I have a port for my flares in which I'm given pain medicine or blood draws since 2013... read more
