Always take forever to answer the phone you would think right when they are open it wouldn't be that busy but right when you call your still on the phone for over 30 mins waiting.
Worst hospital outta all of them in Racine the staff is rude and lazy they sit and gossip while the phones are ringing , my son had an appointment I had to change nobody was answering the phone so by the grace of god I could get there on time when I arrive they are sitting by the phones and gossiping ignoring calls ect the place is a mess I switch my son and I too Aurora family health , the only good department is the WOMENS PAVILION NURSES AND DOCTORS ARE PROFESSIONAL THE REST OF THE HOSPITAL IS A JOKE, and I FILED A COMPLA... read more
My Childrens doctor has always been amazing with them
I am very disappointed on this Pediatrics clinic. At this moment, they don't want to see sick children. Every time I call, they say take him to the urgent care. I don't understand why then my child needs a pediatrician if she will not be seen. I will seek for a different pediatrician clinic. Very unprofessional!
