The things I witnessed here do align with all the one star reviews . Patients lack basic support as vision aids so reading or writing can be impossible. Activities seem appropriate but schedule is not respected. Dignity is not respected.Patients food restrictions are not considered and hunger is common. Personnel is here just for pay and HR should undergo a radical change. You are not safe around staff or other patients in this hospital.
They employ the worst nurses who actively bully the patients and the counselors who actually are educated. I hope they shut this part of the hospital down. Go elsewhere.
Admitted myself and feel amazing now. Bad reviews are usually from those who didn't want to be there/treated. Dr. Raza and most of the staff was amazing. If there is a problem/ you feel unsafe just tell a staff member and they will fix it.
I WANT TO TO BACK PLEASE LET ME STAY THERE LONGER. This place was Incredible, for me it felt like an oasis of safety and structure. Food was great and very filling, very accommodating staff, helpful doctors, I wish I was there right now.
