They are not in compliance with the cfpb regulations and do not seem to have anyone in charge - not even sure who is managing the company - but the one in charge stated, when they were 1 hour late after having to correct their 10k error on their closing statement, "I own 100 companies and am just doing a favor because I know the owner" - but they charge the same as any other company. Im sorry i disagree with the reviews below they have many experienced title and escrow people who are in themselves awesome and talented. However they are owned and directed by a senseless mad man who is clueless as to this industry...something wrong with this picture and given a couple more days in their employ i do believe i could put a finger on it. The owner is relentless and will get 3 fold in return. I hope i am still in industry to hear about it

Dan wisdom in the ascendant Title Company are the best.....not only are they the lowest in closing cost...the dedication to detail and professional approach with genuine care csn not be beat. They are the best!
Ascendant has a fantastic team. Very knowledgeable and willing to work through issues that come up when transferring title. In addition their pricing is great as well! I'd highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling real estate!
