The lady Daisy Marcano,was pleasant,knowledgeable and extremely helpful.The problem is with other employees.The script for the glasses and the omission of other services needed were terribly managed.The glasses I've wound up with are not at all accurate to help my vision I had already had them fixed once.I would never recommend anyone ever go to Magruder Eye Institute.The two gentlemen that helped me were also super polite and assistants Dorian Betancur,Martiel,Anjali and Farna made the whole ugly situation bearable.The comp... read more
Es una compañía muy mala se ha dañado mucho no contestan el teléfono y no le devuelven la llamada nunca . Otra cosa espera uno hasta 2 horas y no lo atienden . Deberían hacer un cambio de personal que sea más eficiente
SHAMEFUL on how these doctors run their business!!! You have a appt.for a certain time and yet you are there with 30 others waiting as well!!! This is NOT how you run an office...RUN AND DO NOT GO THERE unless you have 3 hours to wait I was told !!!!
