At beginning of Oct 2023, they sent medication management patients a letter that they would no longer seeing patients FOR MEDICATION MANAGEMENT on November 3, 2023. No one offered any transition supportive care except to encourage you to Adelante, which was THEIR new company, a Federally Qualified Healthcare Provider. Look elsewhere. They care more about getting NOAH money and are dumping or have dumped all their cases that aren’t NOAH. Thanks for the letdown , Acsend .
