We spent just over a year at ASCEND and we are glad we got out. The constant noise of garden mowers and beeping snow blowers are just the ambient noise twenty four by seven there seemed to be no letup. Our biggest problem which the management were unable or unwilling to resolve was the noise from our neighbours. RecommendedApartments are really nice the staff are awesome and if there is something to get fix they are right on it. The grounds are keep up nice and a friendly community I made a great choice
Would love "mile markers" around the pond. The staff is always helpful. Foliage is well kept. Always feel safe here. Issues addressed expeditiously.

Lived here for one year and loved it! Rarely had issues, but when we did they were addressed and resolved very quickly. Staff is very friendly, property is maintained well. Would have stayed longer if we were staying in the area.
Hello! I have been here a month and so far my experience has been wonderful! I feel very safe and everybody that I have met is so welcoming and nice. It has been a great transition for someone that is living on their own for the first time. Thanks Ascend for making me feel at home. -Halie
Six weeks into pool season, and management STILL thinks it’s OK to have 16 lounge chairs at the pool for a “luxury” apartment community with 400 units. How did they know I was just thinking how luxurious it would be to spend July 4th laying on concrete?! I might be a little less bitter if they hadn’t THROWN OUT 100 or so perfectly good lounge chairs two weeks before these 16 even arrived.
My boyfriend and I have lived here since Amli owned the property (3 years ago we moved in). Ever since Ascend took over the property, EVERYTHING has improved tremendously from staff customer service to amenities. Ascend taking over was like a breath of fresh air for this community, thanks to you Ascend staff! We’re thankful to have you. We will continue to live here until we find our forever home. We’re lucky to live in such a comfortable and friendly community.
Beautiful apartments!! The view of the pond is breathtaking. The clubhouse looks like it’s straight out of a magazine. They also do a great job keeping up with overall maintenance and service requests. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more upscale place to live!
