My experience here has been amazing! Evan and Kendra are awesome to work with, made my application process very easy and smooth thanks to them. Living here has been great so far!
Had an issue with my HVAC, sent a maintenance request through the resident portal. The team showed up LESS THAN A HALF HOUR LATER! Kedwin explained the issue and assured me all would be fine, and in about 5 minutes, my air conditioner was up and running perfectly. This is service beyond expectations, thank you Kedwin and team!
* RUN AWAY * - This place has HORRIBLE customer service! You can call in January and won't hear back until you go in person or it's time to renew your lease. In addition, they will rack up random fees on your account when you move out just to get a pay day. I would not recommend this apartment place, if you value your peace go elsewhere.
