I was honestly hesitant to go back to treatment because of past experiences, but Ascend really changed that for me. The staff genuinely care and when you’re in a rough place that kind of compassion means everything. I don’t remember every name but seriously—shout out to all of you. People like you are what make this line of work so important. I only went for detox so I can’t speak on residential, but I’m really grateful I ended up there. I would absolutely recommend Ascend to anyone who needs support 🙏🧡
This place is all heart. Virtually every staff person I interacted with was genuinely in it for the right reasons. Thank you Dan, Teddy, Jamal and everybody there for making a tough situation a lot more tolerable for me, my husband and others. You really touched our lives.
I want to thank everyone who works here. The staff is great. They are very welcoming. They are short staffed but do their best. My experience was great They came and got me when I needed a ride. They helped get me sober. This 2nd time they helped with my mental health. They are implementing new systems which is good, but is kind of rough. They are doing their best, and are always there.
Been there for detox a few times their team is amazing, nurses like Hanifa and Ebony are very knowledgeable and caring. Also Cisco, Dan and Jamal are great at what they do! All staff is amazing and thank you for taking care of me!
Had an amazing experience here, one of the most personable groups of people to come to for recovery and truly helped me with developing the tools necessary to start my recovery. Did the the 10 day detox and got exactly what I wanted out of the experience, healthy nutrition, great groups and even your own personal tv in the rooms to help pass the time. If you’re serious about your recovery and want a wholesome, worthwhile and safe place to do it, I recommend coming here.
