We had a little place at the beach. Ascend manages the lots in Creekside Mobile Home Park. If you are looking to rent a house, condo, apartment, or lot. If you find that it is managed by Ascend Property Management~ RUN! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM ANGEL. We rented a lot and it was not a pleasant experience. Dead trees needed to be cut and they said it was the renters responsibility? We didn't own the land and you want me to pay a tree service? I don't think so! We just moved to Myrtle Beach and are so happy we found Ascend Property. Angel and Michelle have been awesome from day one. Communication and follow through are excellent.
