I was shocked to see some of the reviews on here about Creekside and the management company. I have lived here for almost 4 years and have never had a problem of any kind with the neighbors or management. They take care of the property, and they have rules like everyone else. However, having worked in property management for years, I must say they are a great company to rent from. They did increase the rent, but only by $25.00.
