This property management company is terrible. Our neighborhood pays them a TON and they don’t do anything other than take the money. The homeowners are getting ripped off by using this company and it’s so unfortunate. Wish I could have a job where I get paid to do nothing!

I could go on about the shape the property was in, but that's not the hook, line, and sinker. There was a double murder and they were completely tactless. They didn't reach out to the family, didn't say anything to the community, nothing. Then they let the trailer sit there. And so it is. *Edit: Came back to update. Property management is now trying to sell said trailer on Facebook Marketplace without disclosing a double homicide took place in it.

I actually don't think I have ever experienced such incompetence and rudeness from any establishment, ever. Can't get ahold of anyone by phone, mailboxes full, emailed questions asked go unanswered, and any time you do get a response it doesn't actually address any of your concerns, etc. Its wild, man. Who owns this place? Why do they think it is OK to operate like this? Avoid at all costs.

unresponsive via phone calls or emails. i work in PM too, and if we dont reply to calls/emails within 48 hours we get written up. who are these people working for? ive reached out so many times in the 2 years we've had this company... not one call or email back... ever.
