Nancy and her team at Ascend have been absolutely phenomenal to work with on the rehabilitation following my foot tendon surgery! They are knowledgeable, patient, really take time to listen to how you're doing and adjust exercises accordingly. The atmosphere of the practice is very calm and cooperative. Even when there are multiple folks there at the same time, I feel like I get the attention I need in terms of observations of what I'm doing, adjustments needed, and instruction on what to do next. From the very first phone call to Ascend Physical Therapy, I knew this was the place for me! I called, not realizing that they has just closed for the day, but Nancy took my phone call anyway. She spent time with me that evening answering my questions and getting me signed up for my first visit. I came to Ascend after ACDF surgery and worked with Jacob for all of my appointments. He was amazing to work with! Jacob spent time and listened to what I was feeling and ultimately prescribed a routine to address my problems. Jacob ... read more
