Shellac nails lasted less than a week. They didn't set the shellac properly between coats so all the paint warped, cracked, and eventually peeled off. It left a sticky mess everywhere. Very disappointed considering how much I paid.
I used to leave this salon happy, but this visit was disappointing. The service felt rushed, the edges of my nails were poorly finished, and there was still glue and nail polish left underneath that wasn’t cleaned up. The service is now $60 instead of $55, which I understand, but I wasn’t told chrome would be an extra $15. After nail tips and a $10 tip for the technician, I paid about $95. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I expect better attention to detail and transparency about pricing.
