I got my nails done with a full set for acrylics. The reference photo was a very simple set, with simple shape and color. The results were absolutely unacceptable. The set was bumpy, too thick, the shape was uneven and slanted with every nail, and the nails were over filed on the sides, as well as appearing over grown. The technician stated I should have gone with a different shape, indicating it looked bad because of what I chose. They are now stating salon policy doesn’t allow refunds.
