If you are considering Ascend Hospice for your loved one, please reconsider. Prior to signing contract, Community Liaison gave me an overview of the services provided but failed to deliver. There was one person, Sean, who was a comfort to the family. His presence and words were a comfort to our family throughout the grieving process of receiving our mother’s remains. Sean remained by our side until the family exited the premises.
