Ascend Home Health and Hospice served our family very well at a time of need in every sense. Comfort care was offered our loved one, on a schedule, as promised. Communication was excellent, as hospice staff informed us of their actions and what we should expect going forward. Our after care appointment with Kathy gave us a step-by-step plan to contact organizations, insurance companies and financial institutions regarding the death notification and handling of accounts.
Always caring and helpful. They truly cared and loved our mother until the end. Thank you for all you did.
Dad was cared for with dignity and respect. Becky was kind and thoughtful with my Mom and I. Thank you for allowing us to focus on Dad and not worry about his pain.
