the one in Tullahoma is going downhill fast... I have a problem everytime I go there!!!!
They used to be such a good place to bank...now they are like all the rest...fees for everything. Used to be proud to say I bank there..not anymore

I have never had any problems with ascend they have always helped me and the tellers and loan managers have always been nice and professional. this is the Manchester Tn. E-Branch
My brother just passed away and I am the beneficiary on his policy. When we went in to close his simple checking/savings account, we were told we couldn't because his death certificate doesn't have a cause of death. WHY DOES THE CREDIT UNION NEED TO KNOW THIS INFORMATION? All they need to know if that he has passed away. I could understand if it was a loan or insurance. But this is just a stupid policy.
