I was in line before 6pm waiting to use the drive up and when I finally got to the teller, Logan tells me That they are closed!!! I told him I was here before 6 and he said we watch our lines??? I have been with this bank since I was 18 and im 33 now.. I have loved this bank for years. I went in the cookeville office and all the people there were rude and treated me like I was a child. I asked to get my checking opened instead of my savings.and the lady wouldn't help me out. Completely rude. unprofessional. Worst bank I've ever had an account with. They are constantly trying to find new ways to drain my account with fees. Oh, and I almost forgot, the reason I opened an account with them in the first place was that they told me the amount I could get a loan for, but once I opened an account they changed that potential loan amount to make it unusable.
No convienent way to pay..charge $10.00 to make a payment!! Will have to resort to mail
We have had an account here for over 15 years and now we are being charge money to cash out checks plus a monthly maintenance fee...on a savings account. Our checks are direct deposited and still they charge! Hate this bank and will be moving asap.
This bank sucks. They wouldn't swap out 2 20's for 40 ones unless you had an account. Money hungry bitches. I'd rate this zero stars if I could. Don't waste you're time with these losers.
