I have tried contacting Google to correct the 1 review for Ascend Elevator without response therefore I chose to write a review to defend our company as we truly value our customers and the review that has been posted has come from someone we do not even know. This has not been an actual customer because had it been a unsatisfied customer, we would have done everything possible to fix any issues.
