They put you on hold for too long.
They took over 6 months to send a medical form I requested. Staff is incompetent. They change names frequently, maybe to throw off the bad reputation they keep making for themselves. I had a small mole removed by their "doctors", who said I just needed a small bandage. Ended up having to go to urgent care because it kept bleeding. Go anywhere else.
