Wow! As a parent who has been through the wringer with a complex teen who takes a lot of meds, I cannot overstate how amazing Courtney Marchetti is. If she is available to work with your child or adolescent who is struggling, jump at it. My son is at boarding school in VT and needed a VT based psych to manage his meds.
