My wife ran over construction staples in DR Horton's neighborhood while under construction, and had to get the tires replaced as they were not repairable, to a cost of $300. DR Horton's Spokane office confirms *in writing* the staples were found and cleaned up same-day as our car (and a neighbors car) ran over them. My neighbor and I both contacted the DR Horton office. We purchased a new house from the El Horton here at Legacy Ridge, and the very first winter we had our pipes in the kitchen froze and we didn’t have water for five days. Once our pipes thawed they burst in the kitchen and we got flooded our kitchen and living room. But since it was under warranty, they send me their people in and they fixed the leak and they replaced the laminate floorring that was damaged from water but this year same exact problem happened and the problem is why this problem is occurring is that they left ... read more
