Terrible company. They charge you hours of travel time for their tech even if they live in your town. DO NOT use them find a local honest company. I would give them zero stars if I could
Rude and dangerous driving from the full size van with no tag weaving in and out of traffic on 41. Next time I will find a place to stick that little finger.
After 3 trips and almost 2000.00 later my equipment works worse than before the first time they showed up. The first time here they were almost a half hour late. When there working on equipment the tech spent more time on his phone instead of putting 100% into his job. The thermostat knov on grill worked before he showed up and before he was gone it locked up and cost me more for a after market part than a oem part I bought to finish fixing the grill. First trip they made out they told me I needed a 2 inch gas line coming in... read more
