Jim came out to my restaurant, to look at my high temp dishwasher and my deli slicer. Dishwasher was beyond reasonable repair which I really appreciate the honest evaluation instead of adding bandaids to a machine on a constant basis like some previous service techs have done. And the slicer was fixed in minutes. I'm grateful there are still people in this industry like Jim. Thank you
I brought in a Backyard Pro 2 hp meat grinder. It's for personal use, ( I make raw cat food). This grinder was only about 3 years old but loud as hell! You needed ear plugs! Suddenly it started shorting out. I took it to ASC1 as a last resort and they told me the motor was going. Otherwise clean as a whistle!
