Poor attempt at any kind of service repair and why not charge $400 + and never lifted a wrench, please avoid
The parts department has great staff, parts are in stock or usually come the next day, Nice clean building. I recommend.

Jim came out to my restaurant, to look at my high temp dishwasher and my deli slicer. Dishwasher was beyond reasonable repair which I really appreciate the honest evaluation instead of adding bandaids to a machine on a constant basis like some previous service techs have done. And the slicer was fixed in minutes. I'm grateful there are still people in this industry like Jim. Thank you
