Cannot fault this company - quick delivery and excellent customer service and product advice from Justin. I had to return pump and cover due to my own error as I no longer needed it due to existing pump on property I am moving to, and Justin and the team made it such an easy, no fuss process to return with immediate refund (product in original packaging, unopened) in-line with their transparent returns policy and fees. Highly recommend this company. Would definitely deal with them again, no questions.
Bought a new water pump from ASC in Vic. Unfortunately the pump had a manufacturing flaw. After informing them about the situation, they send me a new replacement in SA, delivered next day. Exceptional service. Will support them again in the future.
Believe in the ASC Water Tanks Paint Warranty of 3 years, because that is accurate based on the product we have. Paint finish started to deteriorate at about the 3 year mark. Photos are as at 4 years 2 months.
Thee most helpful company to have dealt with. Customer service was outstanding along with service and efficiency. Helped me get out of a pickle.
