Very pleasant experience from Lance, he came to fix our faulty water tank last week. The process was quick and efficient from the time he contacted me to schedule the visit to being onsite. He was punctual and the downtime to resolution was minimal. A minor feedback would be slight improvement in communication. Overall a great experience. Thank you Lance!

Very poor experience with Lance from ASC Water Tanks. Lance attended our home to replace a damaged water tank pump. While the pump was replaced, his conduct during the visit was completely unacceptable. The appointment process was poorly organised. He called the previous day at 4:21 pm to arrange a service for the next morning. I missed the call, then called back with no answer. They have an old delivery driver which is very rude and road rage us with little kids in the back seat, got them scared and crying. It's shows a lot on company culture - violent driver and employee is the result of bad company habits. Would never recommend, even if cheap. Cheap quality of people worth cheap customer service and cheap products.
