I had been flooded 4 times after plumbers installed the incorrect submersible pump. I emailed Anant all the information and photos.He advised which pump to use so I laced an order online for a Grundfos pump, it arrived the next day on star-track. I highly recommend this business.
Liars … they say free delivery but they charge $300 per tank!!! So if two tanks are delivered they charge $600 for same location. Also they don’t refund fully if need to return… ultimate scammers … buyer beware
Awesome service, in the holidays no less!! The water pump at our farmhouse needed urgent replacement and not only did Anant respond to my email on 27th Dec (when everyone is closed!!), he then collected a pump from the warehouse and delivered it to me in Melbourne the next day. Combine the purchase of a pump with bargain biryani in D'nong, you'd swear you'd just had an Asian staycation. Mine was exactly half the cost of what hardware shops sell this model
