The Landlord Baki is a horrible person, a liar and thief. Do not trust the land lord. He will literally steal from you after a written agreement to return the deposit when you move out. The worse 8 month experience I ever had. I thought this would be an amazing place to have and it was very spacious and nice. However I was mistaken. Previous neighbors were always arguing, the building was barley cleaned during the week, there were parties outside the building every weekend, the windows were nasty, infestation of bugs with the landlord wanting to do nothing about it. Terrible establishment, they do not give heating for their apartments during the winter time even though it's law. Please contact 311 and report them for their violation. If you call the office they will lie to you and not be of any help. Avoid renting from them if possible.
Minerva is the greatest. She works in office and takes the time to listen to whatever issue you have and does her best to help you resolve said issue. Heating issue to apartment issues, she makes sure to write down your problem and contact the correct authorities to get any and all problems taking care of.
