The product and service have been great! I live in a two story house and after a full month of running the unit, my electricity bill was lower than it’s ever been all year
I woke up to my air conditioning not working and called the company that I had a current monthly service agreement with to see if they could come out to help me. Today is thursday. They said they could come out by "maybe saturday or sunday". I hung up and immediately called ASC. Adrian called me back, was so patient on the phone with me, and found a technician that was nearby that could get to my house in under an hour.
