Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and lovely pool, this building is ill managed and overpriced for those who don't qualify for Section 8. Ongoing issues with neighbor's cigarette smoke vented directly into my apartment. It's been nearly a year and the management refuses to fully address the issue. I follow-up on a near-daily basis, but they do not return phone calls or suggest things like "carpet cleaning" as a solution to someone practically smoking in my apartment.
