What wasn’t wrong with this place? Managers changed 3 times in the 1 year I lived here. I had plumbing issues every other month. The kitchen sink flooded, the dishwasher had a sewage smell, the water heater leaked all over. And don’t believe them when they say smoking isn’t allowed. My entire apartment smelled like cigarettes. I had the rudest neighbors, my packages kept getting stolen, and the exterminator only comes once every 3 months. No way was this place worth the $850 I paid.
