Very good and honest company. Especially want to mention Byron. I didn’t have heat and he quickly ordered replacement part from Quebec. Also thanks to Doug who came and replaced it quickly and honestly. I will be using them going forward

2 Carrier Furnaces and 2 Air Conditioners were installed as part of new build in 2019. One Furnace heat exchanger cracked at 7 yrs. Come to find out no warranty was ever registered by Asbuilt or builder for any of this equipment after paying them almost $30k. We were never told to register it ourselves or provided any serial numbers for the units. All other HVAC companies we have dealt with do this for their clients. My husband was on site every other day during the build so all they had to do was provide us the info to regi... read more
