Nice place to live I moved in over a year ago and am very happy with my apartment. It is close to major highways and the train station (very convenient). If I do need maintenance I just leave a message with the office and they send a super or maintenance worker. When I had a problem paying rent because I was transitioning from one job to another Avi worked with me. I cant say that about my past landlords. Great quality apt. I've had a great experience at Lenox- and I hope everyone else does too! Right when I moved in, I was given the gift of a flat screen TV- which my son was extremely excited about. I'm a hard working mother and just to see such a beautiful and clean place to live for both me and my son- is a gift and a blessing in itself. AVI BReNDER is QUALITY. AVI Brender has been a great landlord to me for years. I've never had a problem with him and when I had personal/ financial issues he was understanding. People with complaints are probably bad tenants so you shouldn't ruin this company's rep for no reason. Great place to live I lived at a building managed by ASB for almost 2 years and never experienced any problems. If I ever had a complaint or maintenance problem the super or landlord would always answer and try to solve the problem within a day or two. The buildings were very clean, and the apartments were beautiful, unlike others in East Orange. I always paid my rent on time and found that the drop boxes for the rent payments were very convenient because I have a strange work schedule and could easily drop off the payment. ... read more
A great experience overall I've been a tenant on Lenox Ave, with ASB Management for 2 years now, and I have to admit that I'm extremely happy with my experience there. As spring is settling in, i see how beautiful everything looks once again and I am so happy that I live in an area that's so close to nyc and so affordable! I've had a great relationship with the management and they have always been quick to take care of any issues in my apartment.
